Korsi Hot Vinyasa Flow
ver todas as avaliaçõesAllie is an incredible instructor. She is great at micro instructions, which is how you get better in Yoga. It’s not the pose- it’s how your body is responding in every part to the pose. She makes the class go by quickly because it’s intense but yet so exhilarating and when you’re done, you feel such peace because you have worked your body in such healing ways that your body appreciates!

Not Your Typical Yoga Studio. Discover a unique blend of yoga, Pilates, strength… IN STUDIO - Pure Reformer
ver todas as avaliaçõesInstructor was great! Studio was clean and equipment was in excellent shape. This is traditional pilates and would highly recommend if that’s what you’re going for. The machine was not like anything I’ve seen before and would have loved to explore it more and find out what all the gadgets were for. I’m used to doing more “modern” face-paced, strength-training, lagree-style workouts - so this was different for me and could easily be paired with other training programs. It’s a calm, relaxing space, and small class size (there were 6 of us) No loud music, no mics.

ver todas as avaliaçõesAt this point, I’ve been coming to Spavia pretty much monthly, and sometimes even weekly when I can. I honestly can’t count how many times I’ve been here, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Vanessa was amazing. From her personality, to her knowledge, to the treatment itself, she made the entire experience so great. She really listened to my concerns and focused on exactly what my body needed. As a runner currently dealing with an injury and recovering just three weeks out from the Chicago Marathon, I appreciated the care and attention she put into every part of the massage. I have a feeling I’ll be coming back to see Vanessa a lot. She was truly wonderful!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI had a great experience overall and really enjoyed my visit! The staff was soo friendly, and the facilities were clean and relaxing. I just have a few suggestions that I think would make the experience even better. The TV remote was difficult to use (you have to press and hold the buttons firmly), and the TV placement in my room only made it viewable from one spot in the sauna. The shower temperature was also confusing to figure out—I mentioned it to the front desk, and they agreed it can be tricky, so a small instruction sign would be helpful. I also texted the number on the website before my visit with a parking question but never received a response. The shampoo and conditioner were nearly empty and wouldn’t pump, and I wasn’t sure where to leave my used towels until I found the basket near the bathroom after my session. Lastly, it would make more sense to have Q-tips in the private room where you shower and get ready rather than only in the hair drying area. Overall, these were all small issues, and I’d definitely come back. I just think these little improvements would make an already great experience even better!!!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesEveryone here was so nice, and the suite was super clean, well-organized, and relaxing! 🧖♀️✨ My favorite part had to be the Vitamin C shower—it was such a nice touch! I also loved being able to get ready afterward and use the DysonAirstrait to do my hair. 💕 The only thing I’d mention is that the getting-ready area is kind of in the lobby, but honestly, it didn’t bother me at all! Omg, and make sure you bring a water bottle because they have infused flavored water dispensers, like coconut and strawberry. So refreshing! Overall, such a cute and relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back! 🥰

As someone who has a fear of getting stuck in the vessel, and is new at cryo, this made me feel safe and I could stay in longer bc I knew someone was there. This was one of the first places where they actually listen to what you put down on their form as to where to focus on and where to avoid. I struggle with trigger points on my traps and they spent the whole time in that area, which I loved it was so relaxing. I also added on a pain relief oil, which was amazing. I will definitely come back again.
