Better for me to skip some of the sun salutations so I had time to towel off every few minutes— bring a towel into class and a change of clothes for afterwards bc everything will be wet. 😅 Like that theres a shower to use afterwards if you have the time.

I had a great time, and my body feels amazing. Bella was so sweet throughout the entire class and gave modifications the whole time, which was so helpful and encouraging. She even came up to me after class to check on me and was just really kind and supportive. I’m so glad I went. Thank you again

Everyone was so attentive and welcoming. Emily was especially amazing! She introduced herself to me, and continually checked in on me throughout the class without making me feel singled out. It was truly such a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be going back!!
