ver todas as avaliaçõesIt was fun and energetic. There is a variation of music genres. Wish instructor had a Mike because it helps to hear the steps as she calls them out. She uses more hand motions to signal the steps . That Works for those in the front but not for those in the back. I would say this class is a little chaotic but it’s fun! You will definitely burn some calories. Stretch before class and wear comfortable shoes.

I brought my friends with me this time and they all love it. David is super helpful and made the class super enjoyable. The class is beginner friendly. Totally recommend everyone to try out David's class.

I felt welcomed, taught without judgement, and freely moved my body. Great workout that had me sweating by the end. Instructor was both knowledgeable and gave clear instructions. Gave lots of opportunities for questions. Studio was clean and atmosphere was enticing. Easy to find. I walked in nervous and walked out confident. Will be returning, this was what I needed!
