ver todas as avaliaçõesLovely class! The neon sign on the outside window was helpful in finding the unit. All staff I interacted with were sweet and helpful. Although I’m not completely new to yoga, it was my first time incorporating so many props—what a treat! I definitely left feeling less tense because I was able to get deeper stretches, thanks to the props. Instructor was amaaazing at cues—always clear, sometimes a tad fast but she always repeated herself in those instances. Loved the intention she set at the beginning, and that it was repeated a few times throughout as a reminder to come back to center. Will definitely be back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesSara was PHENOMENAL!! Instructors like her are extremely hard to come by. I took her barre/ reformer class and I was shaking uncontrollably and dripping sweat (it wasn’t heated). It’s hard but she pushes you in a great way!

I really appreciated her hands on adjustments and how attentive she was throughout class. She mentioned she’ll be taking over this block every week, so I’m definitely looking forward to adding this to my weekly routine!
