ver todas as avaliaçõesI thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Yoga Nest. The vibe was very inviting as well as Amie the teacher. I typically practice hot yoga that is focused a lot of athleticism and it was lovely to practice today in a way that felt more connected to the truth of asana. The teacher was knowledgeable and provided good verbal cues and adjustments as well as hands on. Will definitely return when I'm in town again.
