As an instructor she is super clear in instruction, checks and corrects form (in a nice way) and it’s just always a good atmosphere. Great for a work out and MH pick me up.

They’re focused (for example today was all about twisting) and everything builds. It’s hard but in a way where you feel like you’re growing in your practice, not just developing knots in your quads and shoulders from repetitive planks and warriors.
