ver todas as avaliaçõesI had an amazing relaxing sunset yoga with Eknath. He was really attentive, giving options to go deeper in the poses but careful with not pushing over the limits. The class had a really nice energy and I loved the relaxation in the end. His experience and knowledge was showing in his way of teaching. I’m looking forward to come back to other classes.
