I would not recommend to someone new to the practice, unless you’re comfortable looking at the people around you for instruction. It’s very difficult to hear the instructor over the music and, even when she was demonstrating, there are a lot of people in the room, which made it difficult to see what she was doing around them. However it was a great workout and goes fast.

Small groups rotated between stations every 9 mins, so even though it was challenging it went by fast. I really appreciated that Jesse paired me with a member to explain the circuits, correct form, etc. Maybe one of the friendliest gyms I’ve been to! High energy, welcoming community, plentiful parking, good music, and a gorgeous and thoughtful space😍
