She gave us perfect cues, a fire sequence that made sense, we were sweating like crazy, and muscles were on fire. Will definitely be adding this class to my Wednesday schedule. 🔥🔥

Also, get there even earlier cuz parking is insane. But really awesome flow though! I was able to do a pose today that I’ve never done before so I was super stoked on that!

Afterwards, I partnered it with a Nidra/sound class and the combo was pure magic. I was so relaxed in the second class, I accidentally fell asleep and woke up as people were packing up 😅.

Also, wish you guys had a better video of this class as I wanted to show people what it was like, but the 2 month old variety video showing the CorePower class types didn’t do it justice and could hardly even find TikTok videos of any class quite like this one. Can’t wait to do another eventually when I get a random day that I can come during that actual time point (two kids) lol

The class itself was great, definitely challenging but a good workout. I could feel every single muscle fiber in my glutes afterwards. And I appreciated that Patti does pretty much the whole class with us, it makes it easy to follow along!
