Club Pilates isn’t usually my thing I was hesitant to sign up as I used to be a member in LA and they still won’t stop calling 8 years later but this one was so close, I gave it a shot knowing that there are good instructors everywhere and that's what matters. Glad I did! I'd def take Maddie's class again.

The owner showed me around and explained how to use the machines. And then let me do my thing. I will say for the ladies this is an open environment. The red light therapy is private. But the shower which is required for sanitary purposes is open and in the middle. It’s nice for convenience when you’re going back n forth between the sauna and the pools, but again for the ladies you may feel a bit exposed. It was quiet and not many people there.
