Maybe it’s only me but I totally dislike a clap durjng a spin. It first of all, hurts my ears and secondly has no apparent benefit to the spin. I spin best with a soothing voice and no jarring hand noise.

Sort of had the feeling that they were not going to let me take the class at all....and I had driven 35 minutes to get there! Finally the front desk lady said she would "comp" me....but in the end, she didn't. Not friendly at all. Today was my first visit to The Foundry.

It was just like going through 26 different poses, each two times through. Probably great for beginners, though, or someone who wants to spend more time focusing on their poses and postures. I’d rather a class with music and yoga flows + sequences.
