The class focused on deep muscle work for overall strength and lesser long-term body pain. It was intense and yet balanced, so it’s ideal for all levels of fitness. Lars is an excellent instructor, who clearly explained each exercise and focused on technique, while catering to our individual needs. The team and facilities are modern and top so 100% recommended!!
