You don’t have to be an expert, so beginner friendly with screens above to follow and the coach also demos as well. I’ll be back to coach Ri’s class as she was so helpful. Can’t wait to return for class! A tip if you don’t know the easy boxing punches (literally only 6 of them). Just punch the bag it’s the best workout!

ver todas as avaliaçõesGreat class, great instructor. Challenging, but like the description, good for all levels. Even at a fast-ish pace, Adam still talked about form, which I really appreciate. Would for sure take again and take more of Adam’s classes.

ver todas as avaliaçõesSuch a tough workout! The instructor was very kind and welcoming, and helped me with my technique. Lots to learn despite my having boxed for several months in the past. We actually boxed with one another. I’m very sore the next day.

ver todas as avaliaçõesClaire is fantastic! her classes are always energetic and the right amount of challenging. checking in to the gym is the most complicated because there doesn't seem to be a process for class pass users. I am asked to do something different every time for the past 6 months. hoping they figure that out soon!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class kicked off with a 30-minute warm-up followed by an hour of paired punches, and the vibe was pretty unique compared to other Classpass classes I’ve tried. No signing in or waivers—just walk in and get started, seems like most people are their regular students and they are young, kind of feeling like I'm in a summer camp for boxing. As the only newbie, I struggled to understand what'scoming next during the warm-up. I had to ask the coach for guidance, and he simply told me to grab a rope. Most of the time, I found myself glancing at others to figure out what to do next. During the paired punches, it felt a bit awkward since I was the only woman in the class, so I ended up paired with a guy. Getting punched in the chest was unavoidable—not a huge deal but definitely a bit strange at first. I noticed they offer women-only sessions, but those aren't available on Classpass. That said, it was a solid workout: 90 minutes and I burned over 800 calories! I won't recommend to anyone new to boxing, but if you want to challenge yourself, may be good to try.

ver todas as avaliaçõesAttended the Muay Thai/Kickboxing-All Levels class with my husband and Mario was super patient and motivating throughout the class. We’re newbies at this so he put us aside to teach us the basics and it was super helpful - we really appreciated it! I do recommend bringing your own gloves and wraps, we travel often so we did use the gloves but it seems to be best to bring your own if you’re a germaphobe as they can be stinky lol I would definitely go again if I had the chance to. It was challenging (as someone who has no coordination) but fun! 😊

Kickboxing - First Time Workout
ver todas as avaliaçõesI really enjoyed 9 Rounds. The Pos: 1) the staff was great. The trainer on site helped me as needed with form and had me hit his gloves and bags which is harder (but more fun) than solo. 2) the 9 rounds are only 3 min so your workout is mixed up. Cons: you have to buy the gloves and wraps after the first class. I have gloves and wraps but you have to have their branded ones. If you’re a member or going to go enough, it might be worth but not sure if you utilize class pass.
