ver todas as avaliaçõesHave been here several times. Really enjoyed that the treatment description is accurate to the experience. The staff is really attentive but not overbearing. They’re also kind and receptive to any constructive feedback. It’s a relaxing space with optional aromatherapy. However there were no overbearing scents of essential oil in the shared atmosphere for people who are sensitive to that. If you are in a timed treatment room you can hear timers sometimes but it’s not too loud and pretty non-intrusive. I think the value is really good too I just wish they would bring back the cold plunge only option on classpass 🥲 Love cold plunges but not a big dry sauna person.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI have always wanted to do a dexa scan to check out my bone health, and didn’t realize it was also used for body composition so it was nice to get that insight. Staff was friendly and explained the results in terms of wellbeing and prevention. I also did the infrared sauna pod, which helps with lymphatic drainage. It was really relaxing and was a good intro to their wellness model. I booked a few other sessions while I was there for the introductory package for things that are not yet offered on ClassPass, and I’m excited to return!
