Sauna was great and you can also choose the color therapy within the sauna. Peppermint cooling towels available to grab when you get too warm. Mineral shower with everything you need after and relaxing in the sandy beach area after with tea added so much to the experience. The staff was friendly and informative. My appointment was right at open so it was very quiet throughout the space.

The massage was incredibly relaxing and really helped me feel so much better. The place was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. You can tell they pay attention to the little details, which made the whole experience feel especially nice. My massage therapist, Yan Yan, was wonderful—very attentive, gentle, and thorough. She really took her time and paid attention to the areas where I was feeling the most sore.
