ver todas as avaliaçõesClass is about 7-8 pax, studio is spacious and nicely carperted with soft cushion tiles, its more like fitness cardio but ting ting paced it such that everyone got the breather and water break in btwn reps. This is a class for beginners who have never done bungee fitness before.. i think i will come back again for more classes!

He demonstrates each pose clearly and will come around to correct and adjust each of us. He definitely will stretch you to your limits which I really appreciate! He's still the best yoga Master out there for me! Thank you!
