ver todas as avaliaçõesThis is a great class concept, it’s stations and circuits but also programmed so well. I got to use the ski machine, bike, climbed, ropes, Bosu abs legs, basically everything. All levels can do this at there own pace and skill. Studio and instructors felt like like they really cared. Time flew by. I’ll be back.

ver todas as avaliaçõesA great sweat!! This class is FAST paced with no breaks so be prepared to punch, shuffle, kick, and hop for a sustained period of time. An unbeatable playlist and fun lights help the time pass. Class members take turns leading while Nathalie directs and walks around to encourage you. She let us know it’s the same moves every class, just different order. So if you can try to keep up the first class, I really think you can catch on and get better with each class.
