ver todas as avaliaçõesI’m a newbie at yoga, so hot yoga sculpt is a little bit intimidating to me. however, i’m so glad i went to this class! it was so much fun and i got the most amazing workout in. the instructor, Breanna, was incredibly motivating and explained every single pose with great detail. not to mention her music playlist was AMAZING. i can’t wait to take her class again!
