ver todas as avaliaçõesI’m new to this class. My session at this gym was Sculpt. So this was my second session. There were 5 stations and 6 rounds. I thought I’m gonna die but it was manageable especially it is group setting. Coach was encouraging and helped to look out for our form! Will come back again. The vibe of this gym is very pleasant!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe front desk lady was very friendly and helped me navigate the gym if I wasn’t sure. The instructor is very friendly & she guides us throughout. It was a fun class because it mixed pilates, yoga , boxing and dancing!! Would definitely come again💕
