Would also spend some time after class for us to ask if we have any questions after the class. Very good for beginners. Would definitely come every week for class to learn different move if I can make it.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI enjoyed Qing Hui's class! The drills used during the class today really helped prepare myself physically (and mentally hahaha) for dropbacks and forearm wheel. She also helped to spot me when attempting to balance from forearm wheel to forearm stand in stag legs. Thank you for the fun class! 😊

I also like that those who take part are mostly working, & very friendly. Only gripe is that for this class choreo has a lot of turning - but a good challenge for me.

Aiden is a skilled instructor who guide beginners with patience and live demonstrations. He can break down the steps with clear, simple instruction. Personally I suggest beginners who don’t have any yoga background to start from animal flow hiit instead of animal flow beginners. The class can be a little challenging that push your strength and endurance level. Overall an awesome session!
