It was quite a steep learning curve but the instructor Scott was very patient and encouraging. 140bpm was probably too fast for me as a complete beginner but I think I managed 1 bar out of 4. It was a good experience and workout. Enjoyed the class. Recommend complete noobs like me to probably do Basic first. Unless you’re young and athletic. lol.
