Amy was very friendly and among the 2 low reviews I read about rough handling, she checked in with me how I was feeling; in fact I quite enjoyed how she scrubbed my scalp (felt like it scratched an itch I never knew I had). During the rain shower, she also used a comb to brush through my hair which felt therapeutic. Would definitely come back to try the 1h session instead!

The place is in the hotel lobby so the location is good!! And then the facial was super good and she not just help me to do a full face massage but hand and leg cream applied? During extraction( which is the fun part) I teared a little and she gentle wipe off my tear and continues. My only gripe is their bed is the smallest I’ve encountered (am UK 8 for scale) so it was a bit hard to relax without fearing rolling off the bed.
