Definitely a good intensity that gets your heart pumping with lots of stretches. I wasn’t the most coordinated but it was a lot of fun!

She gives really clear cues and keeps the energy up the whole time without it feeling intimidating. Legit left the class sweaty and shiok 😂 Definitely one of the classes I’d come back for again and again.
