Coach was saddled with a member who shouted her name several times at each station asking ‘how do I make this harder?’ yet throughout had bad form and was resistant to corrections, ‘I know how to do it’ a bit distracting as a partner, nonetheless, coach exhibited an impressive degree of attention and patience while also helping guide other participants.

ver todas as avaliaçõesWas sad abt Dolly Parton but this class cheered me right up. Sally really understands movement and music, and this was my favorite sculpt / yoga class I’ve ever taken. Only tiny suggestions I have would be to ease in with a more relaxing first song and shorten the transition time / explanations between sequences. SO GOOD I love Vera so much <3
