They answered whatever questions I had with enthusiasm and made me so excited to start my new journey with Pvolve. Class was well paced and I could hear the instructor clearly with no difficulty, which was my greatest fear!!! Kayla also made sure to welcome me to my first class and ask about any injuries. I unexpectedly sweat buckets and feel so much stronger already. Looking forward to my next class.

The instructor had a calm vibe to her and I enjoyed the class. This class made it clear i like reformer pilates as a workout. I wish the class was abit longer, felt like it went by so fast but i think it was the first time I wasn't too focused on time so I got to really be in the experience. Thank you!!

Very much appreciate that the instructors I have taken Jab with - Wilson and Bryndal make the effort to correct form and suggest improvements including how get more power or to go up in weight.
