ver todas as avaliaçõesReally enjoyed the flow of the class l, it felt like we hit all major areas but never felt like it was dragging on. The studio was HOT, I saw some mixed commentary on the heat but can confirm it was warm enough to meaningfully sweat. I would recommend getting there extra early, it was my first time and I didn’t get a great explanation of what I needed or where to get it which made the start of class a little frantic.

Only tiny suggestions I have would be to ease in with a more relaxing first song and shorten the transition time / explanations between sequences. SO GOOD I love Vera so much <3
