SANOOK Is very good and energetic instructor, explained every exercise in details and adjusted students posture time to time. The sequence for the class is flow and amazing. I love it! It was a serious, full-body challenge using just resistance bands and balls. Kru Surie is excellent, she gives fantastic cues and is incredibly attentive with correcting posture throughout the session. Left feeling like every muscle was worked. Highly recommend!
