Always great variety of good fun music and her moves incorporate actual Latin/dancehall/house/afro dance steps and not just step aerobics moves. You’ll get a great workout and it doesn’t matter if you do the steps correctly as long as you just keep moving your body!

You work on poses and balance, cardio, core, legs and also use added weights. Be aware the classes do progressively get hotter as time goes on and may not be a great idea if you are sensitive to heat! I can’t wait to come again!
