ver todas as avaliaçõesThe instructor (Annette) was great, and clear with her instructions. She provided a variety of exercises and combos to hit the bag and encouraged everyone throughout the class. The facilities are clean, well ventilated, and they offer wipes to clean the bags after class. I appreciate that they have lockers for your belongings.
