Lilly did a great job talking me through a yoga flow and incorporating weights, without it feeling overwhelming. Many sculpt classes can move too quickly, and that was not the case here. The studio is also very nice, spacious and the owners were very welcoming!

I LOVED this class! It was my first time and although it’s slow paced, you definitely feel the burn. Erin was great, she demonstrated before each section and encouraged us to modify as needed. Will definitely be back to be toned up!
