This class was so heartfelt and amazing! She had different stones from us to choose from to set our intentions, essential oils, overhead heat lamps that let you choose your proximity to the heat source which lets you control how hot you’d like to be (I chose very hot and was dripping in the sweat). The class was very relaxing (also included some core work) and personalized, the instruction was amazing and her tidbits of commentary and information made it altogether a wonderful experience. I left feeling so revitalized and at ease :) 10/10 would recommend <3
