Postnatal Mom & Infant Yoga

You can bring baby with you into class: leave them in the car seat, stroller, have them lay in front of you on a blanket. The baby doesn’t do yoga, lol. Only Mama. There’s no judgement, if you need to feed the baby, walk around, play with the baby in between or during poses then it’s all good. This is a light hearted class and takes the pressure off of having the baby not make noise.

Postnatal and Baby
ver todas as avaliaçõesJane is an angel sent from above for us mamas and babies. it’s a great way to transition back into yoga after delivering six weeks postpartum. Majority of the moms have babies that are six weeks to about 4 to 6 months. Many moms stop attending once they have to go back to work. It is a great way to socialize in a very supportive community with other mothers who are in the same stage of life as you. We work on poses that we want to focus on. There is never any pressure for you and your baby to be perfect. Jane also offers hands-on assistance with your baby if they are getting wiggly and you would like to have time to yourself to practice yoga.
