ver todas as avaliaçõesI loved my first class! I admittedly had a lot of anxiety about attending at first, I am on the spectrum and have an auditory processing delay. This can make following instructions difficult, and interactions confusing. Although I did not share this, I didn’t feel like I needed to because they were ready to accommodate me regardless! I felt they had no problem slowing down for me and repeating instructions. Katrina immediately made me feel at ease and by the end of the class all the anxiety was gone. I felt accepted and they were able to meet me where I was at; they modified different movements for me and were able to guide me without judgment. I strongly recommend this studio if you’ve ever felt “different”, it can hard to find a place that will understand and accommodate you.
