The cues can be a bit hard to follow for beginners but Pam does a great job demo-ing when necessary and giving you individual attention when you’re lost — just tell her before class that you’re new so she knows to pay special attention to you :)

I was nervous because I’ve only done reformer 2x and felt a bit lost when I tried before but this instructors cues were so easy to follow, her energy was kind and encouraging, and music was fire!! it was the perfect challenge, will definitely be incorporating this class into my weekly routine🙏🏻✨💛

As a first timer, I was nervous to go, but so glad I did! Even though I stayed seated in my saddle pretty much the whole class, I felt truly welcomed and had an amazing time!! Coming on a Friday was such a great start to my morning and weekend, and I plan to make it a Friday ritual!! Kyla is such a beautiful gem!! She took her time setting me up on my bike and giving me all the ins and outs of it, and kept giving me positive shoutouts during the duration of the class!! The women working there were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The studio is beautifully designed with a calm, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that instantly makes you feel relaxed. It’s also set up perfectly for mommy-and-me classes, with a thoughtful layout that feels both functional and inviting.
