ver todas as avaliaçõesAllie was wonderful 🤍 the space was beautiful and very inviting. I loved all of the sound bath, the room had a such a wonderful presence. My only complaint was there was a person in the back row who began snoring SO loud, it was disrupting the whole room. I know this wasn’t the studios fault, but I do wish they gently would of woken her up. Will definitely come back, just hoping this does not happen again.

I come from a strong background of dance as a retired ballerina, this class was a perfect blend of barre and isomatic workouts which I love! I love how the class is focused on breathe work and intentional movements. Will absolutely be back for this class and very eager to come for barre and booty care.

ver todas as avaliaçõesGreat class, I really enjoyed the condensed version of other longer bikram classes I have gone to. This is the perfect workout if you have just 1 hour. The instructor was very thorough and the cold towels at the end are such a treat - I felt like I was fully able to absorb, surrender, and relax in this class. Highly recommend! I also like that it wasn’t too hot - some other classes I have been to are heated to 115.

She actually participated herself which I don’t get to see often. This was my first time doing this and I definitely will be back. She was very wonderful and I will recommend this class Everybody she was nice to all the people who were having some difficulties and had to stop a couple times which I also don’t see very much of so overall the experience was a 10 out of 10 will be back

She was able to give individual attention and make sure everyone was safe and comfortable. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone who's wanted to try aerial but too scared to take the leap- you won't be disappointed!
