ver todas as avaliaçõesAmazing!!! I have been going to Mallory’s classes for months. She is such a wonderful yoga instructor. I love her calmness and her clear direction. Her yin classes are incredible! I feel like a new person after them and get great sleep. If you feel tight and tense, I highly recommend her yin classes! These involve long stretches and poses, but gentler on the body.

He provides multiple variations of postures to meet the needs of people in different ranges from beginner to advanced yogi. Also everyone has tattoos who shows up to his class so it’s always entertaining to see the artwork. Totally love this class!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe flow was great, a nice departure from what I’ve been getting at other studios. Jessica has a soothing vibe and leads the flow by showing by example. The studio is a bit unfinished but clean and cheery. The floor is hard so if you have knee issues bring a pad to supplement your mat.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI almost don’t want to write a review because I don’t want other people to discover this class. Wowowowowowow!!! This was truly a beautiful yoga experience. I feel like the people here who complained about this class have no idea what kundalini yoga is. It is Breathwork + movement! It is not a regular vinyasa flow class. The sound bath at the end was genuinely moving — the teacher is a talented sound master, so lucky to have happened upon this class! Wowowowowowow!!!
