I’m in love with the class, the studio, the music, the instructor 😂 … in all seriousness, this is a brilliant, well thought-through class; just what you need after a tough day. Simeon is a great coach. And the studio is a beautiful, welcoming space. By the end, I was dripping but felt exhilarated and like I could do another 45 minutes (well maybe 30 😂). I can’t wait for next week.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI loved the class and the instructor’s knowledge and charisma (they were very helpful and kind). Only thing I didn’t enjoy is that the class didn’t offer yoga mats so another girl and I had to do all the exercises on the bare floor which unfortunately might have not been vacuumed from the class before. Besides my feet and body would slip constantly because of this. If I come back I’ll bring my own but I assumed they’d have available ones
