Hannah was a great instructor, she was very motivational, attentive and helpful, especially when I would struggle with an exercise. She really pushes everyone to finish the set/exercise even if they feel like they can’t do it.

After a year of pilates in Sydney, no one ever gave me the fundamental corrections I needed until I came here. For example, during a basic bridge pose, Susie noticed I was putting too much tension on my back instead of using my core to roll down. No one had ever pointed this out to me before. It's rare to get this level of professional, expert alignment advice. Jessica and Susie truly care about their clients. Couldn't recommend them more.

The instructor was very slowly teaching step by step to let you can follow her. She is very nice and calm. I really like here.

The screen is at the footbar end of the reformer so it was a little trickier doing exercises facing towards the straps. I was lucky enough to be the only one in the room but would probably bring earphones to use just in case someone else was in the room.
