ver todas as avaliaçõesMusic was such a great mix and it was so fun. The only thing I would change is that I would wear earplugs if you’re next to/facing a speaker. The music is loud and then the instructor yells over it which can be really loud if you don’t prepare.

Great energy, makes everyone feel like they can do it and are part of the pack, regardless of your ability on the bike or your body. Always feel so great after his class!
