ver todas as avaliaçõesAbsolutely LOVED this class! It was a fun and unique flow with time available to practice some more advanced yoga moves like crow and headstands. Jamael has a warm and welcoming vibe and really made sure everyone had good form. Will definitely be back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI loved this class! Adam was very welcoming and friendly. The class had great energy and was challenging. The heat can seem overwhelming at times, but the more you sweat, the more you cool off…if that makes sense. Will be back again.
