ver todas as avaliaçõesmy class with Keelee was awesome. she knew her stuff, was easy to understand, and gave a workout that is going to make me sore! I would happily recommend and return. If you've ever taken a class at solidcore, there are similarities, but I liked this MUCH more -- I could focus on the instruction and the moves, and while it felt slightly more intense, the pace felt a lot less frenetic. thank you Keelee!
