ver todas as avaliaçõesI like the HERO classes on Fridays. They tend to lean more on strength than cardio which is what I’m looking for. This is a challenging class that is allowing me to move beyond the plateau where I was stuck. I’m getting stronger and it feels great. If you are a BEGINNER, don’t be intimidated, the coaches will proactively work with you to provide modifications to suit your level of fitness. It is meant to be a challenging workout with some advanced exercise but there are people at all levels in the classes, each person doing their own version of the target exercises. It is a very supportive environment.

ver todas as avaliaçõesAbsolutely loved my workout this morning at RF with Chris. It’s a bootcamp-style workout. We moved from different stations and would stay at each station for ~6 minutes. Great community/fellow members as well. Facility is clean; members wipe down the equipment before moving onto next station. Chris is a great coach! Would def come back. Highly recommend!
