    This was my first time at Barry’s. I’ve always been intimidated with HIIT classes but Alex and the Barry’s staff made it SO comfortable for me. Treadmill can go super fast but always go on your own pace. I definitely felt the burn, in the best way possible. I appreciate Alex and the team for being so kind throughout the process. I will definitely be back and recommend taking this class!

    I walked in and telling the instructors I despise Pilates. I walked out loving it. It’s doable but still tough enough to hit the right muscle groups and It felt like I did something painful to my body for sure. I’ve been trying classes for years now and now I feel like I can do this consistently enough. Thanks Alex!

    Teacher was lovely and very focused on form and each student but i just am not into solidcore. The moves are too fast, lagree is supposed to go much slower. I dont like the machines they feel very flimsy compared to other lagree reformers. Not much support on the body. The workout feels very corporate. PE ruins everything it touches and this is another example.

    It was great beginner class. The space is intimate enough for the instructor to walk around and see if anyone needed help. She explained everything well. It’s definitely difficult though and you really need to use your gut and upper body to do a lot of the moves but it was a lot of fun!
