I'd say this isn't a beginner class (ashtanga inspired vinyasa) – it'd be hard without having had ashtanga experience in the past, and it's not an instructional class. Luisa was super sweet and competent, though I would've appreciated a quick check in about injuries (maybe the expectation is that you're experienced enough to know your own modifications??)

I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while. ver todas as avaliaçõesIch hatte eine richtig schöne Erfahrung bei SUNYOGA ✨ Die 90 Minuten waren einfach perfekt man kann komplett abschalten und gleichzeitig neue Energie tanken. Fatma ist eine unglaublich angenehme Trainerin ruhig, aufmerksam und erklärt alles sehr klar, sodass man sich direkt wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlt. Besonders schön fand ich, dass sie am Ende gesungen hat – sie hat wirklich eine Stimme wie ein Engel. Das hat mir extrem gut getan und war ein ganz besonderer Moment 🕊️ Ich gehe sehr gerne zu ihr und komme immer wieder gern hin. Ich hatte auch schon Erfahrungen mit Samadhi und Thomas – genauso herzlich und eine richtig schöne Atmosphäre. Was ich besonders schätze: Wenn ich mal etwas falsch mache, korrigiert sie mich liebevoll. Das hilft total und zeigt, wie viel Herz sie in ihre Arbeit steckt. Auch die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön und sauber. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder 🧘♂️💛

She offered different variations of an exercise for more beginners or advanced people. The class was clearly well planned ahead, she didn’t just come up with it in the moment, which was so reassuring because I experienced in other classes that the teachers were like: “oook, what should we do now…”. I will definitely return to this class!
