One very, very minor thing: I would have loved the instructor to tell us a bit more detailed in advance whether the exercise would include larger or smaller muscle groups, or both, sometimes it was a bit difficult to coordinate which weights to choose because some parts of the exercise where too light and some too heavy. But again, really just a minor suggestion.

Fatma ist eine unglaublich angenehme Trainerin ruhig, aufmerksam und erklärt alles sehr klar, sodass man sich direkt wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlt. Besonders schön fand ich, dass sie am Ende gesungen hat – sie hat wirklich eine Stimme wie ein Engel. Das hat mir extrem gut getan und war ein ganz besonderer Moment 🕊️ Ich gehe sehr gerne zu ihr und komme immer wieder gern hin. Ich hatte auch schon Erfahrungen mit Samadhi und Thomas – genauso herzlich und eine richtig schöne Atmosphäre. Was ich besonders schätze: Wenn ich mal etwas falsch mache, korrigiert sie mich liebevoll. Das hilft total und zeigt, wie viel Herz sie in ihre Arbeit steckt. Auch die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön und sauber. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder 🧘♂️💛

Dilara hat das so toll gemacht, sie war total herzlich und sympathisch und man hat sich direkt wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Da nur wenige Teilnehmer da waren, konnte sie auf jeden Einzelnen eingehen und auch immer wieder bei den Positionen helfen und korrigieren. Das hat den Kurs nochmal besonders gemacht. Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Stunde und ich komme auf jeden Fall sehr gern wieder.

The area of the studio where the class takes place needs some attention though - the floor and mats weren’t very clean (mats need replacing to be honest) & other studios clean the floor between classes. The ankle weights I was given were still wet from someone using them recently also. The room wasn’t as hot as other hot studios either but it was still ok.

I don't have a lot of experience with sound baths (yet?), and I can imagine some people might feel nothing or I dunno don't like it, but I really really liked this class and the others around me said similar things as far as I heard.

Der Kurs selbst war sehr intensiv, weshalb ich ihn eher für Fortgeschrittene mit Pilates-Erfahrung empfehlen würde. Die Übungen wurden verständlich mündlich angeleitet und Korrekturen wurden während des Trainings angesagt. Die Trainerin ist jedoch nicht gezielt zu einzelnen Teilnehmerinnen gegangen, um diese aktiv bzw. individuell zu korrigieren. Insgesamt würde ich den Kurs allen empfehlen, die bereits Pilates-Erfahrung haben und eine intensivere Herausforderung mit ordentlich Burn suchen. 🔥

ver todas as avaliaçõesIch gehe nun seit zwei Monaten regelmäßig zu Soulclub, und Charlene ist für mich – über alle Pilatesstudios hinweg – die beste Trainerin. Neben ihrer großen fachlichen Expertise (z. B. korrekte Pilates-Atmung, halswirbelsäulenschonende Haltung und saubere Ausführung der Übungen) möchte ich besonders ihre außergewöhnlich klare und angenehme Kommunikation hervorheben. Sie erklärt die Übungen so präzise, dass man sich voll und ganz auf das Training konzentrieren kann, ohne ständig aufschauen zu müssen. Gleichzeitig motiviert sie sehr, ohne Druck aufzubauen, und gibt einem den Raum, auch mal eine Pause zu machen, wenn man nicht bei 100 % ist. Besonders positiv fällt mir auch ihre körperfreundliche Sprache auf (z. B. „hüftschmal“ statt „hüftbreit“). Das mag für manche nebensächlich sein, aber ich nehme das jedes Mal bewusst und sehr wertschätzend wahr. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch die gemütlichen Räumlichkeiten und ein faires Preismodell, das sich angenehm von vielen anderen Studios abhebt.

I liked the fact classes for reformer are small so the teacher can focus on each student and correct them as needed. Jin is very sweet, welcoming and attentive. She was very intuitive in assessing our level, as sometimes an exercise was too easy or difficult she would suggesting changing the spring or adapting the exercise, even before I realized myself. Overall great 1st experience! I will definitely be back!
