Ride 60
ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was one of the best rides I have tried in BEATRIDERS. The whole session was planned to be one remix with no stops between songs which made an amazing flow throughout the ride. Thora always challenges you in such a good way so that you really feel you used everything you got while still having fun. Leaving with the best feeling and the best start to a Sunday 🤩

ver todas as avaliaçõesI really enjoyed the class. It's always intimidating when you are in a different country going to a new place but the teacher was very friendly and it was a go at your own pace class so you could get as hard a workout as you wanted. I will try to fit in another workout here this week.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI don't know how to explain this, but handsdown he is the best yoga teacher, breaking down "too serious" stereotypes among yoga class, super refreshing humour and just perfect pace of movement, his story telling skill just exactly what we need to evoke that inner child to sit and listen, as if we're being told a bed time stories, I've been to many yoga classes but his earned a favourite in my heart (great music in the background too!). There are so much good things i can say about him, If only I'm not a tourist, i definitely be a regular in his class!
