The class was definitely challenging enough as someone who has quite a lot of experience with mat pilates. Would love to come again!

Le professeur était très bienveillant et de bons conseils, les exercices permettaient de se renforcer sans impact, de s’étirer et de se recentrer sur son corps en fin de journée. ver todas as avaliaçõesOne of the best yin classes I've taken, although this is not the usual yin class where you're in relaxing passive stretches. There were many positions which stretched out parts of my body which I never knew I needed stretching or knew how to stretch out, but the intensity of the stretch made it evident that it was very much needed. Calming instruction with suggestions for modifications to adapt to everyone in the class.
