I really appreciate the structure of her classes and the variety of exercises she offers, which always make me break a sweat and leave me feeling strong by the end of the class. I also love the Sol studio, which is clean and comfortable, and a big bonus is the availability of showers and fresh towels!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI absolutely loved the class! I’ll be back :-) Aleksandra is a super professional trainer and even during a normal barre class one could see what a great dancer she is herself. There were two ladies in the class with no previous barre experience: she was very supportive and welcoming towards them and made sure that they can follow. Still, I’d advice newbies to google ballet positions a bit and try some moves at home before joining the studio, for an easier start!
