ver todas as avaliaçõesLulu was incredibly motivating and is an experienced instructor! Her workout had a mix of strengthening, endurance, and cardio. We used kettle bells, dumbbells, jump rope, and the parking lot to burn calories. This is the spot to shred weight and tone! I will be coming back and I recommend it to people wanting to tone and stay in shape.
