Her yin classes are incredible! I feel like a new person after them and get great sleep. If you feel tight and tense, I highly recommend her yin classes! These involve long stretches and poses, but gentler on the body.

He provides multiple variations of postures to meet the needs of people in different ranges from beginner to advanced yogi. Also everyone has tattoos who shows up to his class so it’s always entertaining to see the artwork. Totally love this class!

I feel like the people here who complained about this class have no idea what kundalini yoga is. It is Breathwork + movement! It is not a regular vinyasa flow class. The sound bath at the end was genuinely moving — the teacher is a talented sound master, so lucky to have happened upon this class! Wowowowowowow!!!

Greg was an instructing at Lifetime and is great. Good instruction and well led flows. This classes also are heated and you get a towel with essential lavender oil at the end. So refreshing!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis studio just opened recently and I was excited to try it out, since it’s on my way home from work. The yoga room is very inviting and clean, and has a great Zen vibe. Hannah’s class was awesome, with the perfect mix of a bit of chill and some challenge. She was super welcoming and friendly when I came in to the studio too. This is definitely a place I can feel comfortable showing up on my mat and doing my yoga practice. Added bonus, Solstice is also a Kava/coffee/tea bar. I’m excited to come back and try some of their yummy drinks. I’ll definitely be back soon!
