It goes kind of quickly, and even though I’m pretty knowledgeable when it comes to the gym there were some names of exercises I didn’t understand and had to ask a few times. The teacher was really nice though and answered all of my questions!

After class they spoke to me about different membership options but said I could continue to participate using ClassPass credits. It was a pretty tough nonstop with good combination of high and low impact cardio options and weight resistance training. Probably would describe the class I took as a little less than Boot Camp or across Fit type class…. I will definitely use credits to go back👍

Everyone was very friendly, the studio is super clean and they have childcare??? Hashtag Winning! If I'm in Tampa again, I'm definitely coming back!
