The cues can be a bit hard to follow for beginners but Pam does a great job demo-ing when necessary and giving you individual attention when you’re lost — just tell her before class that you’re new so she knows to pay special attention to you :)

ver todas as avaliaçõesFirst megaformer class and loved it! Challenging but most moves were adjustable. Incredible workout. Amazing, friendly, and helpful instructor - jealous because I'm only visiting! I'd be a regular if I lived in town.
